After learning how to rig we tried to rig our own models from the first semester. It is not completely successful, mainly because of weights, but I plan to make it better during the summer.
In this lecture, we recorded a video of ourselves throwing a ball and then based our animation on it. It was the most difficult task so far and it took many attempts to get it right.
Bouncy ball is a classic animation to learn how things should work. Although I have done it before in 2D, I learned new things and I think they both work pretty well. The first bouncy ball is the classic one, the second one is based on a tennis ball, which I think looks much more natural than the first one.
